SHIPPING POLICY
At Old Marquee Signs we take great care in packaging every sign to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. we can do a rush order with a 30% up charge, it must be clearly indicated and except in writing from our office with in 24hrs of the placing the order. we reserve the right to refuse a rush order that we do not believe is manageable
Shipping Carrier: We ship via Pirate Ship using UPS/USPS depending on location and best available rate. once it leaves our warehouse we no longer have control of the package and will not be responsible for packages being later than expected at time of shipping
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Typical shipping runs $38-$65 per sign. is based on location ,weight and size.
Damage Claims: Every sign is carefully packaged before shipment. In the rare event your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (email:) oldmarqueesigns45@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly. If contacted with in 48 hours we will be happy to issue a full refund upon return of the product to our warehouse or we can send a duplicate replacement item . Any damage reported after 48 hours will be issued a credit for future purchase after damage item has been received in our warehouse
International Shipping: We currently ship within the continental United States only
